Back in June, WWE star John Cena impressed us with his easy-peasy 440-pound Bench Press. Since then, Cena has upped the ante on his one-rep max. He recently posted a video of himself putting up around 463 pounds. He noted that he’s 38 years old, and that this year’s “NFL Combine top calculated bench press was 473 pounds.”
