Watch Raiders Quarterback Derek Carr Hit a Shot From Steph Curry Range
After a 38-24 victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr and running back Latavius Murray decided to take their offensive line to the Golden State Warriors game on Monday night.
The Warriors put on a clinic, a 142-106 beatdown of the Indiana Pacers. When it was over, the Raiders in attendance decided to have a post-game shootaround. None of the Raiders linemen impressed. Offensive left tackle Donald Penn missed a free throw, and right tackle Austin Howard (who is 6-foot-7) missed a dunk. But once the ball got into Carr’s hands, the show was on.
Standing deep behind the 3-point line, Carr prepared to launch a shot. After a couple power dribbles, the Pro Bowler released the ball with perfect form and hit the shot from Steph Curry range. The Oakland crowd went wild.

Of course one of the best quarterbacks in the game this season would make that shot. Carr has an amazing 65.5 completion percentage, and he has led the Raiders to a 10-2 record. Maybe after the football season is over, the Warriors could use him as the fourth splash brother.
