Todd Durkin, owner of Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego and trainer to Drew Brees, LaDainian Tomlinson, Darren Sproles, Gerald McCoy and dozens of other NFL stars, switches things up in this episode of “Dose of Durkin.” Going to the gym every day can get boring, so Durkin advises you to try something new occasionally.
For this workout, Durkin takes NFL players to the beach to prepare for the upcoming season. After a 40-minute workout on the sand, they go paddle boarding, not just for fun, but to work on their balance, core strength and lower-body power.
