He currently conducts professional development workshops for school faculties, works with student groups, delivers motivational talks to teams and advises administrators on issues of diversity, inclusion and athletics. Watts holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and a Master's in Education, with an emphasis on Academic and Athletic Achievement, from the University of California at Berkeley.
