Kyle Paraggua

Kyle Paraggua is the Director and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at KP Strength & Performance in Toronto. He is a graduate of Humber College's Health and Fitness program. After receiving his diploma, he went on to York University for the Kinesiology and Health Science program. He has worked with Team Canada's World Champion figure skaters; professional and semi-professional athletes in the NHL, AHL and OHL; and youth athletes. He also trains regular gym-goers and weightlifting enthusiasts, and he competes as an Olympic weightlifter.
