Ross Edgley

Ross Edgley began his career in sport and fitness as an international athlete playing water polo for Great Britain. He later moved into academia and received his First Class Honours Sports Science Degree from the world-renowned School of Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University. He then became a Strength & Conditioning Coach at the English Institute of Sport, where he worked with many of Britain’s Olympians for the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games, including Taekwondo gold medallist Jade Jones; 100-meter backstroke world record holder Gemma Spofforth; and 400-meter hurdle world champion Dai Greene. Edgley is now a sports scientist at what is considered the UK’s most innovative sports nutrition company, The Protein Works.
