Ryan Parr has been in the independent strength and conditioning space for the past five years, working first with adults and then incorporating his style of training with high school athletes, as well. He is an independent contractor Strength Coach for a Class AAA high school varsity football team, and owns a business training athletes to become stronger and more athletic. He has coached both online and in-person for personal training, and has run programs through TrainHeroic for strongman-based training. He has authored a book on strength training template design entitled The Bear Bones Method (available on his website RParr.com) and has worked as a Director of Nutrition Services at a Wellness Center.
