NY Giants Safety Antrel Rolle Talks Super Bowl Preparation (VIDEO)

February 3, 2012

New York Giants safety Antrel Rolle will be critical to his team's success in Super Bowl XLVI this Sunday. Rolle, who was originally drafted as a corner, played in Super Bowl XLIII for the Arizona Cardinals, suffering through a last-second loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, 27-23.

Although he is roster-listed as a safety, Rolle played much of this past season as a hybrid linebacker/slot corner. He will be charged with helping to slow down the high-powered New England passing attack. In any match-up against Patriots QB Tom Brady, he will have to be ready for anything.

STACK caught up with Rolle on the red carpet outside Madden Bowl XVIII, and the hard-hitting defender shared some details about his diet, routine and mindset leading up to Super Bowl XLVI.

Watch the video above to hear Rolle's thoughts on the event and to learn how he's preparing himself for Super Sunday.
