Don’t underestimate the Push-Up. That simple move you did in gym class is one of the best ways to build strength and size. Performed correctly, the Push-Up activates your chest, shoulder and tricep muscles while also challenging your core.

Eventually, the lifting and lowering of your body weight may start to seem easy or monotonous. When that happens, don’t stress—the Push-Up may be the world’s most versatile exercise.
