'The Mountain' From 'Game of Thrones' Has Dumbbell-Shaped Water Bottles That Promote Hydration and Strength

Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson claims his new water product builds strength and improves hydration at the same time. Is he joking?

The Mountain's Heavy Bubbles

We've extensively covered the ridiculous feats of strength performed by strongman Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson, who plays "The Mountain" on Game of Thrones. Björnsson has deadlifted nearly 1,000 pounds and overhead pressed what looks like a tree trunk.

In a recent YouTube commercial, The Mountain can be seen promoting a water product, Heavy Bubbles, that looks appropriate for massive men. Heavy Bubbles come in containers shaped like dumbbells in weights of 2 kg (4.4 lbs), 5 kg (11 lbs) and 10 kg (22 lbs). Björnsson claims that if you aspire to be one of the world's strongest men, you need to drink Heavy Bubbles.

It turns out this was a bit of trickery. In the follow-up video below, Thor asks, "Why would you believe such a thing?" He then goes on to talk about how bottled water is bad for the planet, and we should instead drink SodaStream carbonated water. If it makes me massive like The Mountain, count me in.
