Miami Heat center has a religious experience with his favorite dessert.

Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside won't be blocking NBA players' shots again until October. The Heat lost their playoff series in seven games to the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Whiteside averaged 12 points per game on 68.1 percent shooting, hauled down 10.9 rebounds per game and blocked 2.8 shots per game before suffering a sprained MCL in Game 3 of the series.

Now that he has time on his hands, Whiteside is enjoying himself by eating fair amounts of red velvet cake.

In a video Whiteside posted on Snapchat, he shows the cake his chef made and calls it "Church." He holds the cake out a window, offering it to the heavens. Hozier's ''Take Me to Church" plays in the background.

At the end of the video, Whiteside eats "Church" with a caption underneath that reads, "I'm there." Later on, he might feel the need to go to the gym to work off the calories.
