With a background in neurokinetic therapy and soft tissue release, he helps individuals improve their athletic and sports performance while avoiding the domino effect(s) of muscle dysfunction. His work has appeared in several publications, including Dr. John Rusin, Muscle & Strength and Testosterone Nation. He co-writes the Toronto Health & Performance Newsletter with his colleague, Joel White.
