Aubrey McCormick

Aubrey McCormick is a professional golfer, environmental advocate and TV personality. Unlike most professional golfers, she was a late comer to the sport, having begun to play at the age of 17. After less than a year, she earned a full golf scholarship to Daytona State College, where she was named second team All-American and voted Most Improved Player in 2003. She then moved on to Missouri State University, where she lettered each year.

After graduating from MSU, McCormick turned professional. She has competed on the Sun Coast Tour and the Moon Light Tour; and she earned status on the Duramed Futures Tour three years in a row. In 2010, she stepped off the course and moved to Washington, D.C. to pursue her other life passions. She became as a Foster Care Mentor, board member and Sustainable Golf Advocate for the International Sustainability Council, as well as a team member of Green America, an environmental non-profit organization working for a more just and sustainable economy for the planet and its people. McCormick is currently working on several projects to bring the game of golf to those less fortunate on a global scale.

In 2012, McCormick was a contestant on the Golf Channel reality show, "Big Break Atlantis," where she competed with eleven other female professional golfers for a chance to win over $100,000 in prizes. She also appeared on Michael Breed’s "Big Break Academy" and was a featured co-host on "Gone with the Win, D.C. Edition" during the AT&T National event at Congressional. This experience inspired her to pursue television and media opportunities.
