Danielle Mach, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian with a Master's Degree in Dietetics with an emphasis on Nutrition and Physical Performance from St. Louis University. She completed her Bachelor's in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration on Dietetics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Mach has experience working with college athletes, recreational athletes and weight loss/weight management clients. Her goal is to provide evidence-based, individualized nutritional guidance for her clients to help them successfully reach their goals.
