Phillip Michael Vaughn is a strength and conditioning coach at the United States Performance Center (Charlotte, N.C.), who specializes in strength, speed and youth athlete development. He obtained his Master's in Physiology from North Carolina State University. Vaughn is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Track and Field Level 2 coach.
