Today, Oct. 4, STACK is at Jordan Brand’s Beaverton, Ore., headquarters, previewing their Holiday 2011 collection. We are impressed with the men’s collection, featuring new models from Jordan Brand athletes Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul and Dwyane Wade. But we are equally excited about the new women’s offerings, which include three styles of the Air Jordan 1—one in a black-metallic pink colorway and two in more traditional grey and black with ribbon-like laces (photo below)—all of which use interesting patterns throughout the upper.
The XIV and 8.0 are both built with black suede and fuchsia accents, and the Jordan Flight 45 TRK makes a strong showing of contemporary style in grey and black colorways.
