No Excuse to Skip Breakfast With These EZ Recipes
As most of us know, breakfast is by far the most important meal of the day—but it’s also one of the most frequently skipped. The excuses of “no time in the morning,” “don’t want to wake up earlier to eat” and “running late” are just not acceptable.

And waking up your metabolism with a morning meal is vital to reaching your performance goals. Eating breakfast not only gives you more focus in the classroom, but more energy and strength for your workouts and practices.
