Tony Horton Promises to Get You Ripped in Less Time With the New P90X3
When it comes to extreme fitness programs, you want to get results. After completing a cycle of Beachbody’s P90X, I got results. Not only did I lose 15 pounds, I felt great and my confidence was through the roof due to my newly ripped body. In hindsight, the most challenging part of the program was not the many Chin-Ups, but finding a full hour out of my busy day to devote to the program.
Recognizing that others were facing similar time challenges, P90X creator Tony Horton designed P90X3, a 90-day extreme fitness program that gets you ripped in just 30 minutes a day. Horton takes the Muscle Confusion of P90X and the Muscle Integration of P90X2, and tailors new routines to take advantage of the science of shorter workouts. The result is what he calls Muscle Acceleration, based on studies that show that the most dramatic body transformations happen in the first 30 minutes of exercise.
One bonus with P90X3 is that you don’t need expensive equipment. You only need a couple of dumbbells or resistance bands and a way to do Chin-Ups. Plus, the workouts don’t require a large amount of space. When I performed the P90X workouts, a 6-by-6 space was all I needed.
Along with the 90-day program, which includes sixteen P90X-quality workouts, P90X3 comes with a nutrition plan, a fitness guide and a 90-day workout calendar. To this day, I still make several of the recipes that were included in the P90X nutrition guide, and I am curious to see if new recipes will be included with P90X3.
P90X3 will be available starting in mid-December. For updates on its release, head over to P90X3.com.
