Kyrie Irving and Iman Shumpert Started Their Friday With Yoga and 'Pokémon GO'

The two Cleveland Cavaliers teammates got together for an early morning yoga session—with a side of 'Pokémon Go.'

For Kyrie Irving and Iman Shumpert, it might involve Pokémon Go and yoga. The Cleveland Cavaliers teammates posted their early morning antics on Instagram. To be fair, Shump seemed a bit more interested in catching them all than Kyrie:

Those Staryu can be stubborn. After Shump finally put down his phone, the pair got into an intense yoga session on the beach:

That pose is known as Standing Bow, and I've gotta say Shump looks a little stronger than Kyrie's.

Yoga is an absolutely phenomenal tool for basketball players. The basketball-centric benefits of yoga include more fluid hips, lighter feet, increased strength, increased mental focus and reduced risk of injury.
