DB Push-Up-to-Row

Benefits: Simultaneously builds chest, back and core strength

Instructions:

  • Assume a push-up position with light dumbbells in your hands, palms facing together
  • Perform a Push-Up, then do a row with your right arm
  • Lower the dumbbell to ground to return to the starting position
  • Repeat on opposite side
