- 1 packet instant oatmeal, plain
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- cinnamon to taste
Pour oatmeal into a bowl, add water and microwave per instructions on the box. When cooked, remove from microwave and stir in protein powder. Top with peanut butter and stir until creamy. Add blueberries and enjoy.
