Cameron is a strength and conditioning coach and nutrition coach at VIBE performance in El Segundo, CA, where he works with high school, college, and professional athletes. He also writes a health and fitness blog Fit and Food Forum where he provides practical nutrition and fitness strategies to improve overall health and performance. Cameron has been coaching and training for 9 years and received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition from Carroll Unversity where he also played Men’s basketball.
