Paul "P.J." James is a health and fitness expert. His book, "Take It Off, Keep It Off," provides eating plans, training routines and step-by-step instructions on how to build the perfect body. His documentary, "Fat and Back," documents his journey from 176 to 264 pounds and back again. James also has his own PJ APPROVED label, and he has brought out a line of protein powders, with other products to follow. He has worked as a model, and he's also a qualified chef with six years of experience in the industry.
