Ryan Sprague, CSCS, is the owner of TRAIN Sports + Fitness (San Diego), where he specializes in sports performance and athlete development at all skill levels. He is a former U.S. Marine (2 tours) and semi-pro football player who fell in love with working out at the age of 14. He participated in the Spring 2013 NFL Combine in Orange County to learn first-hand what it takes to compete at a professional level. Sprague is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, NASM-certified personal trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, ISSA Specialist in Strength and Conditioning and TRX-certified trainer. He also has his Bachelor's in exercise science.
